What is the Check in / Check out time?

Check-out: 10:00 AM Please make sure to leave your room by 10:00 AM. You’re welcome to store your luggage on our racks near reception (CCTV monitored) and continue to use all of our facilities until you depart.

You don't need to bring down any linen.

Note: luggage storage is for the day only.

Check-in: After 2:00 PM Rooms are ready from 2:00 PM, as we need time to clean and make the beds for you. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to store your luggage and use all the facilities. You don’t need to be here exactly at 2:00 PM – we can check you in anytime up until midnight.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in is subject to availability. Guests arriving before check-in time are welcome to store their luggage and use the hostel’s common areas.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes. Pacific House Hostel offers late and after-hours check-in options for guests arriving outside standard reception hours.

Can I store my luggage after check-out?

Yes. Guests can store their luggage after check-out while they continue exploring Sydney.

Is luggage storage secure?

Yes. The luggage storage area is monitored by CCTV for added security.
