Best hostel I have ever been to so far, and very well located. They organize activities almost every day, so there’s always an opportunity to meet new people. During my stay, everyone was very friendly, including the staff. The bathrooms, showers, and kitchen were cleaned frequently, and the fact that the beds have curtains was great for maintaining privacy. Definitely would stay here again!!

Easily the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. 10/10 for everything. The staff are by far the best part, super social and helpful. So many events on to make new friends. Privacy curtains on the beds makes a huge difference and the location is 10/10! Do not miss your chance to stay here! It’s worth every penny!

This hostel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. The building and interior is beautiful. I love that the beds have curtains, which gives you privacy in the shared dorms. The cleanliness of the bathrooms are really good too. It’s a very social hostel, but still quiet and respectful. Everyday they have minimum 2 free activities, where you meet other travellers and easily make friends. Would highly recommend staying at Pacific House!!

An amazing hostel! The rooms were spacious, clean and everyone had lots of privacy with curtains around their beds. The bathrooms were also good and clean. The staff were always happy to help and very kind! And to top it all off, the free breakfast was great!

The best hostel in Sydney! Atmosphere, cleanliness, staff… they make you feel at home even if you are miles away. They organize lots of activities, so you won’t get bored! The kitchen always available, several bathrooms and showers on each floor, clean beds and with privacy curtain. I've made several trips out of Sydney, but every time I come back, this is my go-to stop!

Really good storage in the rooms, and curtains around the beds. Kitchen areas were well maintained and kept being cleaned throughout the day and had loads of equipment to use. Staff always on hand to help at the reception desk. Bathrooms also clean and spacious. Well organised social events too, but no pressure to join for those who didn’t want to either. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for the first time as I was going to the City2Surf. I shared a 4 bed female dorm, loved there was curtains around the beds for privacy, very clean, walking distance to Town Hall and St James Stations, excellent customer service. A big communal kitchen. There is separate male and female communal bathrooms, but separate shared unisex toilets. Would definitely stay again.

This is only my second experience in a hostel. I am a mature, solo traveler, and being around young people was fun. I made some new friends, and my roommates were fabulous. The staff is amazing. Facilities are clean for the most part. The breakfast was great. There was a grocery store close by, and the food storage system at the hostel worked well. Loved the little balcony that our room had attached to it. Price certainly is right. Good amount of storage space in the room. Loved the location right across the street from the Botanical Garden. Excellent place to stay for a short stay!!

Love this hostel, one of the best (if not THE best) that I’ve stayed in on the East Coast. Lovely rooms with two lockable storage areas, shelves, curtains and lights. Nice decor and feel to the hostel. Sociable and hostel organised activities. Free breakfast. Overall would highly recommend, nice staff, good location, great rooms.

I had been recommended to stay here by a family member and I am glad I did. The location was fantastic. The showers and bathrooms were great and I did not have to wait in line for them. The free breakfast was yum. I was most impressed by the excellent customer service I received when I asked to be moved rooms. Thank you, Pacific House Hostel!

I had an amazing time at Pacific House Hostel in Sydney! The hostel is clean, modern, and incredibly welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the communal areas are perfect for meeting new people. The location is ideal, close to top attractions and public transport. The staff are exceptional, always going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sydney!

This was a very good hostel for my stay in Sydney - centrally located and a twenty minute walk to the Opera House. The private room was very spacious and quiet at night. Bathrooms and showers were clean and always had hot water. A lot of social areas in the hostel, but it was very busy and the kitchen area was always packed. Breakfast was also very busy at 7:30am, but they did have gluten free bread and cereal which was excellent!

This is a great hostel! Definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at in Australia. The facilities are super clean, modern, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Curtains are a rarity in Australian hostels but great to see them here, makes the beds very private. A free breakfast is a plus too. Always someone to chat to. Staff and guests were always friendly. Would recommend for anyone staying in Sydney.

After a few months in Sydney I can say this is the best hostel in the city! It’s super clean, it has private showers and toilets. The location is perfect, the staff is lovely and breakfast is included :) If I ever need to get a hostel room in Sydney again I’d totally come back.
